After video was released of an Edgewater Police officer arresting a CVS employee who was waiting for a ride home after his shift, more developments continue to unfold.

Charges were dropped June 4 against Paul Wert, the 22-year-old employee who calmly responded to Officer Daniel Rippeon’s questions with a Taser pointed at his face.
