I just want to bring up the option, because my struggles are similar to yours. Giftedness is something I recently found out I have probably been blessed with either along with, or instead of ADHD (which I have a diagnosis for).

Hey, weird suggestion, but maybe look into giftedness as a cause instead of ADHD.
This, but every evening a week straight until the bottle is actually empty and then I walk around with greasy hair until I get weird looks from people at the mall, at which point I remember to buy it.
It’s much more parseable with punctuation:
James, while John had had “had”, had had “had had”. “Had had” had had a better effect on the teacher.
James while John had had had had had had had had had had had a better effect on the teacher.
This better not be a euphemism
The ADHD suspicion and later diagnosis did the same for me, actually! I even have meds which do help me fit into society better. But something always felt off. I am going to learn more about giftedness, but the shift in mindset is already huge, similar to the former shift. Thank you for your kind words, I wish you good luck on your own journey – and don’t be so harsh on yourself ❤️
